It's not stolen, just reproduced. Like tracing an image - which isn't the same thing.

They are different images, evidently this one is based on that picture, but it's not the same image.

I'm sure Aardman will take it into account!

i would just like to say this image (the original) was done by one of my best friends James and what you have done is a blatant rip off of his work, i just downloaded this image and downloaded his and its a perfect overlay of each other meaning that unless you measured the image precisely while making it you have just added a filter of some sort in a photo editing package like photoshop and then added the sharp lines back in, i dont think that this is right in any way shape or form and it shouldn't be put forward to the competition.

it isn't reproduced it is the same image traced over if you look carefully you can see the grey lines from the original underneath
