Do you shoot in double-frame (12fps), or single frame (24fps)?

I shoot both, 12 for slow things 24 for fast

when you make them jump into the water, do u have to chop up there bodys??

it's sort of like a stunt double, since he has an armature, i make one without an armature and chop thåt one up.
