one tech teacher wont eat cheese cos he says its like gone off milk ( or something like that).

ooh, i just had a portobello mushroom sandwich with a slice of brie on it for lunch today, topped with roasted red peppers and onions. yum-o!!!

have you ever tried flat mushrooms with three different cheeses, it is lovely.

mmmmmmmmm sounds lovely squigly. Although i dont thing there is any thing more lovely and simple the a good toasted cheese sandwich.

i went to the wensleydale factory and in the cheese shop you get to taste different kinds of wensleydale.(i think wensleydale or edam is my favourite)

Just had some cheese and mushrooms again. Sliced fresh button mushrooms on a heated flour wrap with some melted shredded Italian cheeses (Provolone, Mozzarella, Romano, Assiago and Parmesan). A different take on the grilled cheese sandwich which I love to bits too, W&GFan21. Again I say, yum-o!

I melted a reblochon cheese over boiled new potatoes; it transformed into a kind of sauce and was really very tasty. (We are having a cool spell, this wouldn't be good in hot weather)

I think melted cheese makes anything so much tastier.

I tried stinking bishops, it didn't actually smell worse than any other cheese. It was lovely though

i had an award winning large yorkshire ploughmans pork pie and it had wensleydale in it , it was lovely
