I also enjoy Applewood and Cheddar, I always keep those three in the house, though I do like to sample others as well from time to time

Honestly,as long as it doesn't have an ofensive odour to it,I'll eat it. Heck,I'm not picky. Of course,I've never had any "Wensleydale" before. Heard of it,though I've never actualy eaten any. I doubt that they even SELL the stuff on my side of the "Big Pond". Yeah,that's right you Brits,you're talkin' to a "Yank" 'ere. Haw!Haw! I slay myself. Boy,I wish you could hear me,I can sound just like a Brit.

Low fat Dutch farmers cheese or goat or sheep milk cheese, or medium fat camembert. They're originally made from raw milk without conservants. Can't stomach many other kinds because of the fat and conservant combination. But it's not as bad as Wendolene in a close shave!
Haven't tried English cheese yet, it's hard to come by here. But I'll try some as soon as I get across the sea!

Goat cheese, mostly.
But I love good St Félicien and Montdor. And real Comté (not the one you find in supermarkets)! French cheeses.

I'd have to go with the "everything that doesn't stink" reply. However, Kerrygold Cheddar and Wensleydale with cranberries is big on my list. I can eat Stilton if it doesn't look moldy (sorry Conty!) and if it has things like apricots or blueberries.

Springwizard, if you look in the right place, you can get any British cheese you fancy. There is more than one variety of Wensleydale at my local. (I used to live in Wales and hunted down all the good cheeses when I moved to the US)

My favourite cheese is red Chedder.

Enjoyed the Wensleydale I found in a gourmet shop. Had to savor every bite since it was imported and very expensive! CHHHEEEEEEESSSSSEEEEE!!!!
