Hi everyone,

Sorry I haven't been on as much as I would want - I've been so incredibly busy! I've been on at least once a week to check things - all going well - but now I'm coming on once a day - as I've always aimed for!

Just to let you all know - right, carry on! ;)

And over on the No. 1 Wallace and Gromit fansite - www.62westwallabystreet.co.uk - we're having major updates, see you there!

MARLOW NATHAN Posted: Aug 26th 2008

hi seb i remember you :D

Seb Moderator Posted: Aug 26th 2008

Hello!

Oh - and if anyone here likes/collects the Doctor Who figures check out my other site too - www.drwhofigures.co.uk

We've got our own huge forum there, loads of posts, that's been taking a lot of my time too!

MARLOW NATHAN Posted: Aug 26th 2008

Seb Moderator Posted: Aug 26th 2008

MARLOW NATHAN Posted: Aug 26th 2008

cooooool

Harry Posted: Aug 26th 2008

Seb if you have been on Once a week whats the point in not even posting a message? it would of been better to at least post one message saying your here.

Seb Moderator Posted: Aug 26th 2008

Well I didn't think you'd want that - it would be quite dull! I checked to make sure things are going ok and check the news and production updates, and I've been in touch with Aardman over email, I just never had time to stop for long.

DancingShauny99 Posted: Aug 26th 2008

Mark the shark Posted: Aug 27th 2008

SEB!!!! :D

jordan Posted: Aug 27th 2008

this is the best & only wallace and gromit website >:-)

Mark the shark Posted: Aug 27th 2008

You go, Jordan! ;)

Seb Moderator Posted: Aug 27th 2008

Well depends what you want!

For a community this is best, but for information and content mine's much bigger. And mine came first! ;)

jordan Posted: Aug 27th 2008

i disagree lol

Seb Moderator Posted: Aug 27th 2008

You're welcome to have an opinion - but what I said is pure fact! I do have more information on mine, no two ways about it, however that doesn't make it better of course.

After all I run on a budget of nothing so can't do flash and advertising!

jordan Posted: Aug 27th 2008

most of it was last looked like in november lol

Seb Moderator Posted: Aug 27th 2008

Well quite a lot doesn't need updating! We have pages on every comic strip etc. and as these don't change I don't need to update them.

The news does need updating though.

jordan Posted: Aug 27th 2008

main part of the site does need super-modernising i think personally

Ursrut Posted: Aug 27th 2008

I think he has said he's on a budget, so there is only so much you can do.
Besides it serves it purpose well enough.

Seb Moderator Posted: Aug 27th 2008

Well it's obvious you dislike the site Jordan, but I have just given it an update. I don't think you need flash and effects to make a good site myself - I can't pay for it anyway - however I'm probably wrong!

conty Posted: Aug 27th 2008

seb your site is fab and at least you have one!!!! many of us dream of doing one and never acheive it so well done and take no notice;)

Seb Moderator Posted: Aug 27th 2008

Thanks Conty - much appreciated!

katie Aardman Staff Posted: Aug 27th 2008

To say this is a supportive and constructive site I don't think your comments are particularly helpful, Jordan. We know you're one of the oldest W&G fans on the site, but we can still acknowledge other people's achievements.

Water under the bridge, eh? Let's start a fresh.

Seb Moderator Posted: Aug 27th 2008

Exactly Katie!

How can Wallace and Gromit fans not get on? It's just not natural!

Wallace and Gromit is one of the few non-violent programmes around, even children's TV has all sorts of 'Kung Fu' etc., and I think this forum reproduces that happy feeling perfectly.

conty Posted: Aug 27th 2008

your welcome seb:)

PoisonIvy Posted: Aug 28th 2008

I read this wallace and gromit cartoon book thing, I don't know who wrote it, but it just wasn't - well, Wallace and Gromit. I mean they was two thick guys and they had punch-ups all the time. Just not Wallace and Gromit, see? I have a website!! It's still sort of, well it hasn't got much on it at the moment, but www.romuluspictures.com. I'm off to work on it now!!!

- Ziebell's Handfish

Seb Moderator Posted: Aug 28th 2008

Oh, I think you're talking about Anoraknophobia. Not the best comic, but it's ok!

Like your site so far PoisonIvy!

Mark the shark Posted: Aug 28th 2008

Katie, you're absoutley right in every word you said. ;)

Josephine Posted: Aug 28th 2008

Welcome back, Seb, and I agree with you, Katie!

jills Posted: Aug 31st 2008
