i don't know, dogs can't walk on two legs perfectly or drive a car in real life so why not?

Dogs can develop bad teeth like that unless they have bones etc. to chew on so it's not unreasonable - a good suggestion for sure! Knowing Nick Park it probably is right!

yeah poor Fluffles was bone-free i saw no real ones in the film (except in her body of course), if i could i'd throw her the rawhide my dog "Hoagie" can't chew on due to vet orders. though Gromit probably will send his poodle a nice hard teething fruitcake someday.
