do you know where to get a stp motion camera?

Mibso Posted: Nov 17th 2007

There is none, but you can use a good camera, or get an animation studio thing.

Mibso Posted: Nov 17th 2007

Animation studio things cost from £15 to really expensive £50,000.

jamesy Posted: Nov 17th 2007

thanks anyway misbo:)

plasjas Posted: Nov 17th 2007

what you could do is buy 35mm camera if you have won the loterry but a videcamera and a frame grabber (stopmotionpro) is also a really good way to make animations

conty Posted: Nov 17th 2007

ive just gone through all this myself, its a headache!!!! look for the page 'reveiw on cameras', it was a great help for me, i think its in reveiw pages;)

connor-james-gorman Posted: Nov 24th 2007

www.stopmotionanimation.com Try There Or Try Argos They Have Got Good Cameras

luke Posted: Nov 24th 2007

I use a sony handycam. It isn't meant for stop-motion, but if you just use the freeze-frame function, you can still make good films

purple and brown Posted: Feb 15th 2008

get a digital blue!!!!

cinders1 Posted: Feb 15th 2008

the best one is the canon D40, and is recommended by animation software companies, (its around £900)we got conty the canon G9 and although we had problems at first it is all working well. but it is very complicated to use, i would recommend what he is using at the moment a sony dvd camcorder its brilliant and very simple to use;)

cavor Posted: Feb 15th 2008

Most Digital camcorders with manual settings work well with the type of stop motion software that is on he market at the moment;)

Mark the shark Posted: Feb 15th 2008

I think I know how to animate your image of neon without Rastophulus's Imageready. I've been doing it on my own, but mind you, it's much hard work.:D
