I'm in the making of a new model! He should be ready and finished by tomorrow! Now, anyway! I sorta left the site for a bit so I could improve a bit and Loads has happened since, like: My school has displayed a model of mine in the front entrance, I made an artist character out of plasticine whose around 9.5" tall and so much, much more! But I feel I should just stop rambling on now!:D:D

Yours sincerely,

>:-)Joshy>:-)

P.S. What's happened to sharks? Haven't seen him in AGES!

Harry Posted: Sep 1st 2008

Hi Joshy, could we see the 9.5" tall model now?! hehe! Sharkie was doing an animation course then he came back not long ago, and he is still popping on! Im in the middle of making a wire armature to put inside a mould I will make for a animated puppet, Well are you still doing The Gromit and Shadow animation, I was thinking of that a couple of days ago!

666joshy666 Posted: Sep 1st 2008

Thanks Harry! Yes I am indeed! I'm still in the process of designing sets and props! However, There is only one problem! Gromit finds love in A Matter Of Loaf Or Death so I'll have to wait even longer until that's out!:D

P.S. Three words: Your Preston Rocks!:D

Harry Posted: Sep 1st 2008

Thankyou about my Preston, you could maybe start animating Gromit but not meeting the love yet, so if something happens with the love you could change the storyline and then if Gromits love is great, you could make that model and animate her in your film. Either way goes well, you could just start animating Gromit doing something normal, maybe picking post, or reading the news, or cooking.

squigly Posted: Sep 1st 2008

Hi Harry the Haddock! I really like your preston too. Is that the first model you've posted on here?

lmlm6819 Posted: Sep 2nd 2008

hey jills, inspiration? i dunno really lol! most of the time i just start of with a lump of plasticine and see where it takes me. other times they are just ideas that i get frm little doodles then develop them into models.

Mark the shark Posted: Sep 5th 2008

Really good everyone! ;)

Mark the shark Posted: Sep 5th 2008

And for the messages above, yes, I haven't been on much. Sorry, I just started school and I'm all over the place and I had the animation course, which I posted a thread on. ;)

jills Posted: Sep 5th 2008

Whitey, how long have you been making models and are you just starting to animate them or have you done it before? You're on an animation or arts course, I think...?

Good luck in school this year, MTS :)

Nice observation about the aliens, plasjas. The aliens could try to disguise themselves among humans by freezing whenever they're looked at and pretending to be cacti. One could have a cowboy hat to help it along, or a southwest bird could swoop down and perch on one. What do you think, crackingcheese? ;)

plasjas Posted: Sep 5th 2008

yes what do you think crackingcheese?

crackingcheese Posted: Sep 5th 2008

good idea plasjas infact craking idea! (sorry i didnt realise i posted it twice!)

crackingcheese Posted: Sep 5th 2008

Here they are!The perfect diguise!

jills Posted: Sep 5th 2008

LOL! Magnifique! :D

crackingcheese Posted: Sep 5th 2008

Presenting the cowboy cactuses!

plasjas Posted: Sep 5th 2008

cool:)

jills Posted: Sep 5th 2008

Hmmm, it seems there are lots of stories of aliens visiting the southwest, but we don't have definite proof. They must all be impersonating cacti and cowboys!

plasjas Posted: Sep 5th 2008

hee hee funny. Do you think that all those lights reported in the sky are just cactuses launching into the sky

crackingcheese Posted: Sep 5th 2008

lol

plasjas Posted: Sep 5th 2008

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah...gasp...hahahahahahahahahahahahah

crackingcheese Posted: Sep 5th 2008

They should audition for creature comforts!

crackingcheese Posted: Sep 5th 2008

Or Cactus Comforts

jills Posted: Sep 5th 2008

Nice one

jills Posted: Sep 5th 2008

I wonder if crackingcheese's aliens came to earth looking for water? 8) Cacti from a galaxy far, far away...

crackingcheese Posted: Sep 5th 2008

Or maybe to audition for the "before part" in all the Clearisal adverts:D
