wow, i am very new to modelmaking and had no idea about armatures. that would certainly solve alot of the iddues i have been having; i understand that people are very private about what they do and i thinkg you do have to be to an extent but can anyone give me their top 5 tips for filming an animated clip? i just cant seem to get it right...

1.get good software for yor pc (stopmotion pro,istopmotion etc)
2.use an armature to give your odel a skeliten so it will stand up.
3.use plasticine and make sure you have eunogh.
4.use good editing software.
1.have a high quality camera.

Love that photo! So AWESOME! What are the feet and vest made of again?

The vest was either fimo or scalpey oven bake clay and the feet were a combination of upholstery foam layered with a polyurethane rubber

cheers cavor!! still think i could of done better, had a bit of a panic on as i needed it finished with time for drying for my exam. but then i dont think ive ever finished anything yet and been happy, but i think we all do that. see all the things that could of been improved after you put your tools down
