He says it will take maybe 3,000,000 lego bricks and to my knowledge is actualy gettind donations of lego bricks from Top Gear fans!

And then a bus runs it over... Well I would assume they would close the roads for that, unless he does it on the pavement where it gets stepped on....I think they'll just close the roads.
