I don't know if anyone has followed Marc Spess' wire armature tutorial (if you haven't, view it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KkEcCZQeTyM) and it was very good, but one thing that is very annoying.

If i move one arm, the other arm moves a bit with it, can anyone help me on this?
