Hello. Me again! I was just wondering, sometimes when I log onto this website, something called a cookie monster comes up and says everytime I switch to something else on the computer I am no longer logged into the W&G website! What's happening?!

Fish, this website works properly on my user. I'm talking about my dad's. And a background won't come up on his computer either! Yikes!

It sounds like your dad might have some kind of adware program that won't allow cookies to be stored. If that is the case, he needs to put W&G on the "white" or "exception" list in that program.

How do you do that?

It depends on the program. Find the program and look for a white list or exception list. If you can't figure out how to do it from the program layout, you can probably find a "help" file somewhere in it.

Just speak to whoever is 'in charge' of the computer and talk to them about it. It's probably some AntiVirus software, as said above, but wallaceandgromit.com should be safe!
