GENERAL CHAT » I JUST WROTE A SONG..
Kentucky, Kentucky. Yer the one fer me.
Lushes fruits grow from yer apple tree.
Yer home to Colnel Sanders, KFC and meeeee...
My good home Kentucky.
Blue grass, growin' a green. All dem country folk, aren't the least bit mean.
Kentucky, Kentucky, from lousville to ye ol' german town, you've never let me down.
My good home Kentucky.
Ohhh, my good home Kentucky.
My good home...
Kentucky.
Help! IanTimothy has given my Kentucky fever!![]()
Twigs could play the banjo for ya. I never want to say that Beaver Creek is anywhere, but I always think it is in Kentucky
i like the line, "bluegrass growin' a green" because that is so true, bluegrass is not blue.
yep, kentucky fever,
mighty fine place to be,
right in the heart of ole Kentucky.
feel free to use that.
I just had some fried chicken and biscuits, I learned how to make biscuits, weirdest recipe ever.
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sour creme
1/2 cup sprite
mix together and bake for 15 minutes, they are delicious
Oh by the way... it has slipped my mind, were are you from STL?
That reminds me o this song.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flYfk-46MPs

Hey guys. I haven't been on here for about a week. I write songs aswell. Serious like. I really want to start a band but nobodies into the music I am into. But I write some songs, and some of them are not bad.
I'm sure you'll think I'm American but....
I've never even been near America! I'm English.
The song just popped into my head so, I thought I'd share it.
'nd those are some mighty fine tunes there Ian!![]()
Wait.. did you just say 1/2 a cup of Sprite?
0_o
yes... yes I did.... I know weird recipe, but it makes these great biscuits.
What flavour are they?
I'm assuming citrus-y.
it tastes sort of like a country, homestyle biscuit, with a bit of sweetness.
Sounds nice. Might try 'em one day.
I had KFC two nights ago. ![]()
I had KFC a while ago. I like the famous bowls, hot wings, and laptop kids meals. And don't even get me started on those melt in your mouth biscuits..... ![]()
I love when I go into hyperglicymic shock after eating there.
KFC is good. But you know what's better, I don't know if anybody has one near them, try Popeyes Chicken, I think it is even better than KFC, they have better biscuits too.
Now.... nothin' beats REAL, homemade fried chicken, no chain restaurant, I think can make it taste the same, I had some at this little restaurant the other day and it was REALLY good.
and harryboy, those are the kind of biscuits I know how to make.
ooh, I love SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN!
Anyone had that?
I'm not sure if it is available in food-chain resturants but it is amazing, especially the way my mum cooks it!
My mum cooks it mighty good too CF!
Southern fired chicken is one of my favorite foods.
anyone here ever had grits?
Isnt Like MALT-O-MEAL
I dunno what, MALT-O-MEAL is, but, these are grits, and biscuits, YUMMY!.
that picture is actually cheese grits, I have never had that kind, but it looks the same.
Mmmmmmm...... grits. I think you can agree with me Ian, these are the perfect comfort food.
I like them with maple syrup and fruit or I like cheese grits.
definitely, I had an egg and some grits for breakfast this mornin'.
I've had them before. They do have some fancy name that I forgot.
But they're gooood! Anyone tried corn grits with cheese?
The only grits I've ever had are corn. ![]()
