Having just watched 'the wrong trousers' for the hundredth time it put me in mind of the simple truth. You really cant beat a nice piece of cheese.

My favourites are

Wensleydale http://www.wensleydale.co.uk/
Buffalo blue http://www.shepherdspurse.co.uk/cheeses/buffalo-blue.html
Organic Cheddar Cheee http://www.godminster.com/product/400g-organic-cheddar
My question is what's yours? and have Wallace and Grommit ever made a cheese making machine?

I have never liked cheese. I am not sure why, but I just cannot keep it down.
