Hey I'm part american and british currently living in the USA and I was wondering what is britian like. do they have airsoft and paintball? And is it always cold there?

much to all you Americans  assumptions it isnt always cold. Just about 80% of the time! And any way you don't notice because its what your used to. What is airsoft?

We have paintball but ive never been to one, its cold depening on where you live I suppose

we hav paintball i done it once myself but we don't hav airsoft

Oh ok. sorry gromitsbuddyinginventor I just here my dad saying it is cold in britian(he was raised their. Airsoft is a sport like paintball it uses plastic pellets insted of paint filled balls. it dosen't hurt as much either.

can you really see the french coast from britain's?

so is cricket really big in britian?

not really it is one of our main sports but the biggest is football (might be soccer to u)
most people support a football team but nowhere near as many follow cricket that is why it is mainly shown on sky rather than on the BBC or ITV which r the bigger british channels 

I know the diffrence between football and american football so you can use that name. whats the sky?

not "the sky" just "sky" it's a kind of tv service that u basically pay for and then u get extra channels for your tv

oh ok thanks. I have something like that to but there's alot of places to buy more channels but I think it all a waste of time.

are there alot of doble decker buses in britian?Is there a Wallace and Gromit museam?

i don't think there's a wallace and gromit museum anywhere and ther r not many double decker buses generally but ther r quite a lot in London

Hmmm...there is Asda (that would be the brit equivalent of wal-mart) Tesco, Sainsburys. There is also Harrods, which is very famous and it is in London.  I think there is a sister store in Scotland too.

ummm i always thought it would be the same stores.

So what huge theme park is there that almost evryone wants to go to? we have disney land

Alton towers and Drayton manor are the popular ones in the uk, popular in my area anyway. nothing like disney land...

Thorpe Park is the most famous Theme Park in the UK. The most famous ride is called Stealth, which shoots you 62mph into the air at 80MPH.

exactly, thorpe park is the main theme park really, alton towers is more second in line and drayton manor is quite a bit smaller

The big eye, are you ablr to see big ben at the top of it and other than for saftey what other reasons are there for the enclosed cabin/seats?

by "the big eye" i take it u mean "the london eye" and i am pretty sure that u can see big ben from it but i hav only been on like twice so cant really remember, it quite nice though, the view etc. but it is quite slow and takes a while to go round

no not really, it doesnt rock so it not scary an it aint windy or if it is u dont notice wen ur on it

OK.when you think about an american how do you think they look?

it depends... but on first thought i would think of someone with short hair average height  dont know what the patterns called but that one with squares shirt cap, jeans.. i guess

so would you walk to school ride a bus or have your parents drive you to school? what do most kids do in the UK

it is a mixture, in primary school (elementary schools to you i think) most would get dropped off at school and some would walk and then when u go 2 highschool the people that liv further away an cant be dropped off by parents take a school bus. most though walk to school or get dropped off in the car

Some kids would take a boat to school.  

Or there are a few boarding schools..
