I did this on our old website and it went down really well!
The rules are:
You must say nice things
Say it to the person above you not below you or 2 before you, they've allready been complimented!

Basically, just say a nice thing to the person who has commened before you! Eg:

Chesepoppet: Starfish394 is really good at animating!
Jammyoreo: Chesepoppet is really nice and funny!     
Raisin10: Jammyoreo is a really good artist!
Lightbulb24: Raisin10 is a great friend!

Get it??? If not, just say!
