I'm having trouble uploading my creation. It won't let me do it. Can someone help me

In general, how long does it take for one's photos to be uploaded? I've submitted two and neither have appeared on the gallery!

i think that something has gone wrong with the upload part of the site. My photo and lots of other peoples photos haven't been uploaded.

i posted mine this morning and it was uploaded this afternoon. very quick

whenever I try to upload mine, all I get is a blank page

cleasby99 I am getting the same problems, did you find a solution? Not letting me upload my classes creations or start a discussion on the forums.

Hi there, Aardman staff!

This one is mainly aimed at RichD (Beeky). I was wondering about some sort of Mobile UI or iPhone/Android application for the site as I find it very difficult to navigate through the site when I am on the go (Which is quite a lot of the time). I am not sure if others experience the same issue as me however, some sort of solution would be a god send!

I agree with Josh it is very hard to navigate through the site on my iPod touch

I'd love a section on the website with just lots of videos because sometimes I hear about Aardman videos but I can't fnd them on youtube. I think it's a good idea to have a step by step guide to stop motion because lots of us like animating.

We bought one of your 2012 Calenders, the big square one.Can you get your printer to use a white paper so that we can write things which we are going to do on it. Because it is of a grey colour and printed on glossy paper you can write on it in Biro but it is very faint -so we have to use a very black felt pen, and ours has just run out!!!

i tried to upload a creation on monday and it said it would upload but still hasn't!
i don't think that it's fair when that happens because some people may hav something really good but can't win

as a suggestion though i think that you should be able to directly send messages to buddies

I love the Wallpapers but I would like to point out, if no-one else has, that the Union Flag behind Wallace's head and the one of Wallace and Gromit is incorrect.

I use the Shaun the Sheep animated gifs to brighten up my powerpoint presentations on genetics. Are there any animated gifs of W&G available? I'm sure the students woudl love them.

Please advise when the Wallace and Gromit 20th will be printable again ( http://files.wallaceandgromit.com/20years_activitypack.zip ). My grandson loves to print this out and build it. We used to be able to print this out a year or two back. But this Spring (and several times since) we've downloaded it and it opens, displays properly, normal print dialog box and all, acts like it is printing but nothing happens; no queue addition, no messages ... almost like it is queueing up blank pages. No other apps or files are having any printing problems. Thanks.

ttocsmij - we're sorry to hear that you've been having trouble printing! It seems to be working ok for us. Have you tried selecting 'advanced' once you've opened the print window and then ticket 'print as image'? There are a few troubleshoots tricks you can try here: http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html

kazzarules - have you uploaded your animation to youtube or another video sharing site? You can only upload pictures directly to the Wallace & Gromit site, but if you have a link to your animation just follow the instructions on the creations upload page and that should work fine!

Could you put like some papermodels of the inventions of Wallace and Gromit? It would be grand if you would. Thanks!

When i clicked on aardman at the bottom i was redirected to aardman.com.but now when i click there nothing happens!

Sorry to be a pain, however, I was wondering why creations are taking so long to process? Obviously the site staff deserve a break and all, but I just wanted to know whether that was the reason or if it was something else?

I am not sure if this is the right forum to use for this question but I could not find a 'contact us' on your site.  Our son is severely disabled in a wheelchair and cannot transfere out to access a ride.  He is a huge fan of Wallace and Gromit and watches the DVD's every day, and keeps his favourite toy Gromit on hand always.  It would be a wonderful treat for him to go on the Blackpool Thrill-O-Matic ride but we fear that as usual it will not be suitable for him.  Could you let us know the details of the ride and wether he could access it please?
