WALLACE & GROMIT CHAT » 666JOSHY666S ADVENTURES OF GROMIT
Cool, Im sure it will be great, atleast your doing more than me, but I am in the middle of making a Model I might animate... Is Shadow still going to be the same type of dog as Gromit, I think maybe finding some fur and putting that on her would be good to make her look more... Girly?
Shadow is the same breed as Gromit, yes. And I think fur will be a bit too complicated.
I have bourght some fur for the model I am making, Gulp a give away of three models I could be making, Will shadow be any thinner or anything?
Yeah maybe an incy bit smaller.
Oh Cool! Whats that elephant on your picture?
Oh it was a model I made ages ago.
I remember it in Pictures of Models you have made.
Look at this: What sort of dog will Shadow be? Somehow I can't imagine and a poodle...
That is the most hilarious comment ever! I found it on page one!
i know !
Joshy: A Rottweiler in Disguise! Haha that would be funny.
Or a CHOW CHOW!
Or a Jack Russel.
Still not ready...
My house is still not ready so no production can go on yet. I've also not had a lot of time on my hands. But not to fret! It will be here soon! Next thing I'm gonna make is a movie poster!
Hi I would not even try it with that title Adventures of Shadow is a Trademark of mine and you would be opening your self up to a law problems
do you have a patent?
if not then 666joshy666 can do what ever he wants.
dont try and ruin this and the title is "The Adventures Of Shadow And Gromit"
so unless you have made nayhting of that escription and have patented it then you have no ownership or legal rights to that name!
*ITS RIDICULOUS THAT THIS IS LOCKED BECAUSE OF SOME JELEOUS NEWBIE!*
odonnellent you don't have a copyright, trademark or patent so i doubt anyones gonna get in law problems here.
You want a bet look below I have the trademark "Adventures of Shadow"(R) It is an offical Trademark. I own it and you are using it illegally. So come up with a different title or legal actions will happen in the future. My Trademark is just as detailed as Wallace & Gromit(R) Trademark is. No one else can use it without my permission.
So you better come up with a different title.

The Adventures Of Shadow and Gromit is the name of this animation. not the adventures of shadow. that's like sega sueing someone for making a film called 'the super sonic car' because it has the word sonic in it. 666joshy666's films are non-profit and therefore no copyrights, patent or tradmarks can be used against it. who's betting now.
It would be easier to just ban that other guy.
As this thread is straying into grounds which are against the house rules I'll lock it and allow Aardman to make their final decision and reopen it as and when they decide.
It's a shame - but I hope won't take too long.
Lets get this back to the top!
yes! anyway whoever that was have not trademarked the adventures of shadow and gromit. just adventures of shadow. Joshy won't be using it for trade and there is no way of getting them confused. Google is a trademark yet there is a toilet paper company called google. they are in a different sector so its permitted.
How's it going joshy?
It's going great! I have built Shadow and am halfway through building the first set. I'll have a full update later in the week. Thank you Aardman Staff! You rule!
yeah Id love to see them
Jamie,You Do Know Smeghead Is A Replacement For Bad Words Because Red Dwarf Was On Too Early To Have Bad Words. Don't Call Anyone That.
Ah, a change of the color. Nice wallpaper!
I prefer the blue one
jamie, CT and I are not joking smeg is actually a shortened word for something else. Dont use it on here
No its not actually GLB.
Smeg" is a mild vulgarism which reached prominence through its use as a supposedly inoffensive expletive in the British science fiction situation comedy Red Dwarf. The word was used to replace almost every vulgar term used in the show's conversations, with the exception of the very mild. Additionally, the word itself had many variants, including "smegging" and "smeghead
just to let you know
there is a biological substance but im not going into it. dont use it.
Jamie,Well Done Copying And Pasting That For Wikipedia. Clever You. Now Understand,It's A Term For A Substance Not To Be Discussed On Here. Don't Use It. I Said I Was Going Today But I Have To Clean This Up Before I Do.
Can we all please get back to joshy's film because it would be a shame if it got locked again...
Yup, it would, wouldn't it.
is it suddenly illegal to use Wikipedia? Jeez...
no i think they are just having a joke
So Joshy...any updates???
no it isn't suddenly illegal to use wiki, but wiki tends to be a bit biased as it is a wiki which means anyone can change stufff.
Anyway, Joshy i'm loving the wallpaper great stuff, i'm looking forward to this!
No updates ATM. Thanks Ursrut!
How much animating have you done?
or have you completed all the sets?
No, I'm not on animating. Just starting animatics.
