It would be fun of Katie to add the average age of the members of this site to the front/home page

gromitlove Posted: Mar 3rd 2008

Well, I hope she gathers the data before my next birthday:O

Hi

squigly Posted: Mar 5th 2008

gromitlove, what's VVO stand for? Very very old? Or roman numerals 550?

hehe, cinders..21 again? you get to have your first legal taste of Guinness all over again? At least now that you're an "experienced" 21, you know to eat some chocolate with that Guinness!:-(|)

cinders1 Posted: Mar 5th 2008

wake up gromitlove your dribbling hehe very very old is swearing!!! hehehe were as young as we feel, just gotta stay awake!!!!!;)

squigly Posted: Mar 5th 2008

I always say that age is a state of mind!

I love your sense of humor cinders. So VVO is swearing? Must be a UK thing. No need to explain...not the right venue.>:-)

cinders1 Posted: Mar 5th 2008

nnnoooo its not swearing, just me being daft;)

gromitlove Posted: Mar 5th 2008

Who, what? Eh? Oh, well... VSOP is my parents, but it is a fact that people ask me if my youngest is my grandchild! The first time it happened was in maternity, when the nurse asked "Is that your first grandbaby?" I said he was grand and my baby, so I supposed she could be right.

squigly Posted: Mar 6th 2008

Oh my...good thing you have a cool head and a keen sense of humor, gromitlove!

haha, cinders. I fell for that one!;)

katie Aardman Staff Posted: Mar 6th 2008

As you've figured, we don't collect age information from our members so it is difficult to report an average. However, I would say members on the W&G site are a bit older than on Shaun - perhaps because the shows are aimed at different age ranges? Saying that, I'm a fan of both....

I'm going to lock this thread as it might encourage people to post their ages and I'd rather that this was kept private. Thanks.
