Hi...Im Bibby from Malaysia and now taking course in Liverpool John Moores University...Im doing the research project for my assignment about " Does digital technology mean that traditional design skills are being lost " in animation area.....

1. What do you think animation of nowadays compare with the last time?

2. Does digital technology mean that traditional design skill for animation are being lost?If yes, In what way?If no?

3. Compare with the traditional animation and animation nowadays which one you more prefer? (Example : Wallace & Gromit", Shrek 3, Over the Hedge, or 2D animation)

4.Which type of animation your more prefer?Traditional animation 2D/Stop frame or 3D animation?

5. Do you have other comment about it?

- Like in Production way..A lot new software make the process being easy and fast..save time (Lost)...They still use hand sketches and storyboard before start to do animation (No Lost)

- Promotion way - Animation now is international..show in every country compare with last time.A lot souvenir and poster.

yes in someway as The simpsons movie has been 2d hand drawn and that form of animation is being lost but its not as new technology makes it easier.

stopmotion/Claymation allways, but i like 2d,handrawn, 3D GCI etc

Stopmotion/clamation
